Delivery & Returns


We post orders twice a week on Mondays and Fridays, which we prepare the evening beforehand. All orders placed before 8pm GMT on Sunday or Thursday will be processed and posted at midday on Monday or Friday.

Delivery Estimates
Items are shipped from the UK and in most cases are received within 5-10 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that this will be the case every time, especially in periods when high volumes of mail are being sent through the postage system such as Christmas.

If you need faster, more secure shipping methods, please use the available shipping upgrades when making your purchase. Unless upgraded, all of our items are posted within 3 working days – not including weekends – using Royal Mail Second Class or International Standard Delivery.

Please let us know if you do not receive your order after 14 working days (UK) or 30 working days (international).

Standard & Tracked Shipping
Our standard shipping options are Royal Mail Second Class or International Standard Delivery. These options do not come with tracking codes, so please make sure you upgrade your shipping if you need the items to be tracked.

Customs Charges
We cannot cover the cost of any customs charges that you may occur on your items.

Items lost in the mail
Please let us know if you do not receive your order within 14 working days (UK) or 30 working days (international). We will do our best to track the lost items, and refund or replace lost items if necessary.

Damaged Items
We treat our items with care and it takes time to make sure they’re safely packaged, which is why we don’t rush the process and risk making mistakes.

We handle our products very carefully, but once they are in the hands of the postman we cannot guarantee they will be treated with the same level of care. If you do happen to receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will endeavour to fix the situation in the best way possible.


Distance Selling Regulations state that you have seven working days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel your order. This does not cover custom designs which have been made specifically for your order. If you do change your mind and choose to return the items, you will not be refunded for postage costs you incurred receiving or returning the items.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the items back, as long as that they are returned in a saleable condition.
